A Simple Guide On Sound Current Meditation With Music And Sound Therapy, Which Help To Bring About Pleasant Living Experiences

This is a special post on a "unique Spiritual Approach" to help you take care of some emotional, psychological and physical situations in your human living experiences.
I would like to let you know of this fact that "the Light" have always been with you. There is the ever presence of "the Divine Light" always with you whether you are aware of that or not, the Divine Light is always with you. When you attain a certain "Spiritual Experience", the awareness becomes obvious within you.


I recommend, "Sound Current Meditation" with the use of "special Spiritual Sounds" and Musicals which I know have helped many in critical situations or challenges and that can also be of help to you as well. There is a sound called, "AUM", among others which is an expression of the "Divine Sound Current" derived from the Sound, "AHUM" known in Sanskrit as, "the I AM". The Sound is best chanted with the Positive Sound Key, "RA". We harmonize with the impressions of the sound vibration through resonance, which is ignited through the act of chanting. The chanting exercise offer enormous benefits Spiritually, Emotionally and Physically.

Chanting the Spiritual Sounds, AUM RA, intoned as Aaauummm Raaa, make you fully aware of the enormous privileges of "Divine Love", rather experienced than described. Other very helpful "Spiritually Inspiring Sounds" exist, but I know chanting the sound, "Aauummm Raaa" is one of the simplest of them all. In this special guidance, you are to only use, "Aauummm Raaa", for the Spiritual Sound intonation. Get to always be in a relaxed mood before chanting the sound. Before and while engaged in the act of intoning the Spiritual Sound, try as much as possible to empty your mind of thoughts of worry and despair. Try as much as possible to feel the Sound in the chanting and be fully conscious and immersed in the act.

I chant "Divinely Inspired Spiritual Sounds", as someone aware of the benefits and purpose of the Spiritual Sound from "independent Spiritual research" and esoteric studies. 

Sit relaxed or fix yourself in a comfortable relaxed position or situation. With your mind imagining the presence of the bright or luminous "bluish light" filling you up, then close your eyes, inhale and exhale rhythmically, then chant the Sound,"Aaauummm Raaa", 21 times, with the "mmm" sound intoned longer in the chanting exercise. 

During and after the act of chanting fix yourself in a quiet serene atmosphere or with a soft exciting classical musical composition or jazz music in low tone playing in the background. Do this regularly and imagine healing on your body or something else you desired most that is beneficial or good to you, with your "mental vision" assume better situation in your living experiences.

It is very helpful to always listen to a good and pleasant "classical music" instrumental compositions, or an exciting "jazz music" or even some "soul inspiring folk music" like that of "Tracy Chapman's Song like; the Promise etc". In this post there is a youtube link above that have the helpful classical musical rendition from "Pachelbel Cannon in D Major". It is presented as a background musical effect. The music is a special addition to the Spiritual exercise as a form of "Musical Therapy" of which you have to constantly be listening to. While listening allow your mind flow along the sound current of the musical rhythm. 

Allow moments of mental calmness to prevail, for me I simply recommend emptying the mind of disturbing thoughts while listening to a selected music for your "music therapy". Combining both chanting of special spiritual sounds and music therapy, with positive mental imagery can help in healing processes and beneficial thought forms will fix you in a position to truly acknowledge, Divine Love and live in the mindset of progressive existence. Believe in your mind you have no problems, assume such mindsets and continually strive to live a Spiritually motivated and good life.
